Fees

£401 - £500 per day

Flexible fee policy based on scale for size and type of organisation. Fees negotiable, with lower daily rates for retainer contracts or contracts over 10 days of work

I have over 20 years' experience of working in the Charity sector. As the founder of Ki-Rin, I specialise in organisational development, strategic and business planning, fundraising, equality & cultural competency, and leadership development. Offering consultancy, training and facilitation, group away days, and one to one mentoring for senior executives, I am able to engage with a range of organisations. I understand the current economic and social challenges being faced by organisations and the need for them to be supported and achieve long-term sustainability. With contributions at Board level in the Charity sector and with the NHS, I am experienced at dealing with a wide range or operational and strategic issues within different environmental and socio-economic contexts.
