I have worked in the sector for 25 years, 18 as a consultant. I am one of the leading HR experts and have considerable experience in delivering appropriate personnel solutions for different sized voluntary organisations. My services are efficient, accurate, reliable and trustworthy and cost effective. I have particular expertise in job evaluation and salary setting; organisational reviews and design for growth; managing conflict; difficult behaviour and discipline and dismissal procedures; managing absence; contracts; overhaul of staff handbooks and policy updates. I have written 10 books aimed at the sector on HR issues including 'Employment Records Handbook and Managing Absence'.
