We are a team of 16 charity law specialists headed by James Sinclair Taylor who has extensive experience of advising charities and not for profit organisations on a variety of issues including their establishment, strategy, merger and governance issues. Some of our clients are household names like UNICEF, YHA (England and Wales), local councils of voluntary service, community and social care organisations. We understand that an organisation will need advice that is practical and adds value at a realistic budget. Our work spans from advice on feasibility and set up, establishing good HR policies and supporting change management through to funding bids, collaborative working. We have also done a great deal of work in assisting organisations find merger partners and then carrying through with this mergers successfully.
