Fees

£401 - £500 per day

£400 plus reasonable expenses. Free initial visit. Possible reduction for small organisations or extended pieces of work.
Fees are negotiable, and there is a sliding scale.

Additional Information

We apply a wide range of business techniques to the special needs of not-for-profit and social purpose organisations. Much of our work is at the interface between funding body and service provider. Mike has wide experience in procurement and tendering from both commissioner and provider perspectives. We offer the following services. RESEARCH - feasibility studies and market research inform service developments and help secure funding. Surveys map the voluntary sector's contribution to services. EVALUATION STUDIES demonstrate voluntary organisations' value to service users and commissioners. MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY improves effectiveness through organisational review and restructuring, project management and job evaluation exercises.
