John Palmer has a background in social housing and community development. He has worked for local government and a government agency, and was chief executive of two leading housing associations until 1996 when he co-founded North Harbour Consulting. He is currently working on organisational development and community engagement strategies for a number of clients. Salma Ahmed has a background in community development. front-line delivery of housing services and equality work, and has worked for local authorities and housing associations. She has been a board member of a number of voluntary organisations, and was for a time vice-chair of Ealing Voluntary Service Council. She is currently working with John on a number of community engagement, equality and diversity and organisational development projects.
