Fees

£401 - £500 per day

£350 - £550 per day. A sliding scale depending on resources of commissioners and nature of work (eg one-day training will cost more per day than work over a period of weeks)..
Fees are negotiable, and there is a sliding scale.

The Capability Company was set up by Karen Morton, an experienced facilitator, trainer and management consultant delivering highly enjoyable and productive training and away days, specially designed to address key issues for teams, partnerships and organisations, and tailored to meet a diversity of needs. Events are informed by familiarity with all aspects of growing and running an organisation, including finance, governance, fundraising, strategic planning, campaigning, and effective partnerships. Karen has set up many organisations, including, recently, two national charities. Before becoming freelance Karen ran Berkshire Women’s Aid and was Programme Director for Common Purpose and retains her personal commitment through pro bono roles such as Chair of the Reading Voluntary Sector Forum. Currently Chair of Reading Area Charities Together and trustee of Reading Voluntary Action.
