Additional Information

I have worked for over 25 years providing services to raise the bar of equality and diversity best practice. I am dynamic and passionate about my work and use an inclusive delivery style. Workshops are designed to achieve full participation. I am committed to the development of a just and fair society where diversity is valued and people are helped to acknowledge and celebrate their differences, free from the threat of prejudice and discrimination. I recognise the absolute link between inequality and poverty and how this impacts on marginalised individuals and groups. Equality is a global issue and not restricted to people in any one society. I take steps to challenged inequalities. I help people take small steps towards greater understanding, tolerance and acceptance - these can make a significant difference to the lives of individuals.
