Peter is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and an MBA in Construction and Real Estate. His specialism is in project feasibility, funding and delivery. In the early part of his career, Peter worked in the voluntary and community sector with CVS in North Tyneside and Gateshead, and at community resource centres in Newcastle and South East Northumberland. He has held Director-level positions with several large consultancies where he managed several major assignments feasibility studies and project evaluations. He has developed a particular expertise in the management and funding of green space.. He is currently working through his own company, Peter Grant Limited, on contracts for Renaissance Southend and the London Development Agency and, most recently, for NAVCA on a pro-bono basis, advising on their response to the Localism Bill.
