Fees

£301 - £400 per day

My daily rate is on a sliding scale from £350 to £600 depending on the size of the organisation and project.
Fees are negotiable, and there is a sliding scale.

Additional Information

Trading as ChangeOptions, I am an experienced and highly skilled facilitator, trainer, mentor and coach. I aim to develop a culture of learning, self-reflection and empowerment to increase individual and organisational capability and promote positive and sustainable change through collaborative working. I have expertise in research and evaluation, for example: a stress audit to identify work practices and management processes that were putting the well-being of the workforce at risk; focus groups to review a charity’s marketing image; learning and development needs identification to inform a partnership approach to training as part of the Children’s Workforce Development Strategy; an options appraisal for infrastructure organisations exploring formal collaborative working.
