Senior Consultants at Pathways 21 offer a broad range of experience and skills in business development. They are all post graduates with many years of experience in their sectors and aim to provide quality assured support underpinned by our commitment to continuous service improvement.
Please note that all services delivered out of a 25 mile radius of Greater London are subject to the payment of subsistence, travel and accommodation charges. These charges are made at cost. All services provided are subject to terms and conditions as agreed by both parties. CVs of our Consultants are available on demand.

1 day in service training package to include materials and packs, audio visual equipment, for not more than 15 delegates including scoping meeting and evaluation feedback. £650.00 per day.

Project Evaluation
Project evaluations are usually charged at a level of 1% of the overall value of a project.
Projects in excess of £1,000,000 – 1% = £10,000
Projects between - £500,000 and £1m = 1%
Where projects are small – less than £20,000 a minimum rate of £500 shall apply.
Where a funder has placed a cap on the cost of refundable evaluation time and production, the range, mode and timeline shall be negotiable.
Project evaluations are subject to negotiation with the provider but usually consist of scoping and planning, interim formative report and a final summative report.
All costs associated with the production and format of a final report shall be the responsibility of the client.
Fundraising and bid writing service
Consultants have successfully applied to government agencies including DWP, LDA, DCLG, LSC on behalf of private, charitable and public bodies. We also work extensively with third sector not-for profit agencies as well as small enterprises including SMEs and social enterprises to support grant applications to the National Lottery and Futurebuilders. We are an approved Consultancy for NCVO and the Modernisation Fund, and provide Leadership and Management training for LSC supporting 3rd sector managers under Train to Gain.
Grant applications under £20,000 £350
Grant applications for 3rd sector / SMEs under £50,000 £1,200
Projects in excess of £50,000 - £250,000 £350 per day
£250,000 - £1m £300 per day
Projects in excess of £1m are charged at a minimum of 10 days at £300 per day.
‘No win no fee option’ can be negotiated for projects and a 2% of total value shall
be charged. i.e. £20,000 for each £1m or part thereof.
Project management
Project management and /or support to Chief Executives and boards to be charged at £500 for a working day. Where the consultant temporarily replaces a post holder the consultant will be paid at the same rate as the post holder.
Research and Development
Where the consultant is engaged in meetings or representations on behalf of the client to include research and development outcomes, a schedule of work to be carried should be agreed in advance.
All work to be carried out shall be subject to our agreement and our standard terms and conditions, [Schedule ii.]
